E-learning as a new way of learning has been widely applied to people’s lives and learning, but also becomes an important component content online education research. Problem e-Learning Behavior directly affects student learning.Diagnosis and analysis of the learning behaviors which do not meet normal learning and affect their or other learning are an important tool to improve online teaching resources and to enhance their learning efficiency.In the background of network and the rapid development of mobile communication technology, user’s data is attracting more and more attention of researchers and practitioners, especially the learning analytical techniques which can collect lots of data to analyze the learning process provide more empirical basis for individuals, teachers and educational and help those institutions to support learning, teaching and education decisions.Based on the analysis of the Problem E-learning Behavior and learning analytical techniques theoretical researches, the author diagnosis and analysis the typical learning problems emerged in the learning process and proposed in the specific algorithm processes. The teaching practitioners can use the algorithm processes to diagnosis and feedback problems of learning behaviors.Specific studies are as follows:(1) Author summarized and analyzed relevant literature on the learning behavior of network, network problems and learning analytical techniques. At the same time the author discussed the study and application of practice at home and abroad.(2) On the basis of theoretical research, the professor Peng Wen-hui had divided the problem of network learning behavior in different dimensions into four typical types of problems learning behavior including escape behavior, lack of behavior, misconduct and personal time planning problem behavior.(3) In view of the problems the classification of learning behavior, the author puts forward the specific diagnosis algorithm. Firstly we should determine whether or not students flee the learning environment or learning platform during learning process if there is a time fault. Secondly depending on the learning model combines specific teaching practices, we can determine whether the missing issues learning behavior and inappropriate behavior learning problems exist in the learning process; Finally to statistical online learning time, and to calculate the proportion of online time according to different stages, determining the existence of assault in the process of learning problem behaviors.(4) Based on empirical research, the author set up a e-learning courses on the Moodle learning platform, collected and statistical the participate in online learning courses behavioral data, in order to help students improve their learning behavior and learning efficiency through diagnosis and feedback the network performance problems in the process of learning behavior.
