On The Contribution、Secret Of Success And Enlightenment Drawn From A Successful Teaching Career Of Wang Shangwen

A sage once said:"The core of the reformation of education lies in the teachers."Now the teacher’s problems have become the most important and difficult aspect in the new curriculum reform process and also a bottleneck in deepening reformation of education. Based on the study of a famous educationalist with a successful Chinese teaching career, the thesis is of great significance and good value because it provides middle school teachers with successful teaching experience and helps them promote their teaching abilities using the advanced educational concepts practically.There’re six sections:introduction, four chapters of the main body and conclusion.Chapter one is about the Chinese teaching as a career of Wang Shangwen and it aims to give us a brief introduction of his successful teaching life as a famous Chinese educationalist. Four periods are included in his teaching career. First, in the systematical and strict pre-professional training period, Wang Shangwen, a Chinese major, made good preparations for his becoming a perfect Chinese teacher and famous educationalist. Second, in the period of practice and studying during teaching, Mr. Wang made him qualified in teaching and a famous educationalist through his study and research in classroom teaching and modes. Third, in the exploration and construction of Chinese teaching theory period, his innovative and creative theory helped him turn famous educationalist and this period is thought to be crucial in his teaching life. Forth, in the self-improvement period, the big leap in the growth of his teaching career made it possible for him to study Chinese teaching in a deep-going way, widen his horizon and cultivate his perfect personality.Chapter two is about the contribution of his Chinese teaching and it aims to give us a profound knowledge of his great achievements. Six aspects are included:the construction and significance of Humanism theory, the construction and significance of sense of language theory, the construction and significance of Dialogue theory, the construction and significance of compound Chinese courses theory, the innovation of teaching materials and the contribution of cultivating talents through various forms and channels.Chapter three analyses the secret of his successful teaching experience summarized and generalized for the growth of teachers. There’re four parts:to be faithful and thoughtful, to love students and devote yourself to education, to have solid professional and multi-disciplinary knowledge, to be experienced in teaching and to devote oneself to teaching, to have a keen awareness of problems and a concept of opportunity.Chapter four discusses the enlightenment drawn from his successful teaching life and shows us some universal teaching methods for the teachers. There’re three parts:to prepare oneself for teaching tasks ahead and work harder at language learning and studying; to improve and promote Chinese teaching through practice and to attach great importance to Chinese teaching in face of various challenges and opportunities.In conclusion, based on the study of Wang Shangwen’s successful Chinese teaching life, the thesis can be regarded as a good example for the teachers who want to improve themselves in their professional field.
