| The special teacher is a special honorary title for the teacher who is excellent in education and teaching in our country.With rich educational experience and unique teaching personality,special teachers play an important role in the reform of Chinese education in China.There are specific case studies and general studies.However,there are still some deficiencies in the research of special teachers.From the perspective of case study,the researchers pay more attention to a small number of well-known teachers in China,ignoring many of the special teachers whose popularity is only within and outside the province or county or city.From the point of view of the research content,the author emphasizes the narration of his life,neglecting influences of the environment and his own professional on the special teachers,and there are few articles to study the teaching mode of the special teachers.This paper selects Wang Xuedong,a special teacher whose influences are inside and outside the province,to study a large number of teachers’ professional growth experiences and his personal teaching mode---stimulating interest,arousing wisdom and following the law.By analyzing the factors of Wang’s professional growth and the rules of his teaching mode,the author provides more teachers with experience and theory,thus promoting the development of teachers.The introduction introduces the origin,status,significance and methods of the research.The first chapter mainly introduces the growing factors of Wang Xuedong from the aspects of environmental factors and personal factors.Environmental factors mainly analyze the effects of family environment,school atmosphere,and teachers’instructions,while personal factors do the analysis from four aspects including passion,pursuit,study,and practice to explore its professional growth experience and laws.The second chapter introduces the formation background of Wang Xuedong’s Chinese teaching mode,mainly in three aspects:the narrow vision of Chinese teaching,the rise of Chinese teaching reform and the reflection and reflection of Chinese teaching.The third chapter introduces the theoretical construction of Wang Xuedong’s Chinese teaching model,and tries to find the theoretical foundation of the teaching model(stimulating interest,arousing wisdom and following the law)from the angle of psychology interest,attention and motivation.The fourth chapter introduces the practical path of Wang Xuedong’s Chinese teaching model,from the advocacy of the teaching model to its practice in teaching and the promotion of the theory,so as to more systematically pursue the practical significance of Wang Xuedong’s educational model.In conclusion,Wang Xuedongundefineds professional growth experience and teaching model theory will inspire and encourage teachers and promote the research of more Chinese teaching models. |
