This paper takes two middle school Chinese Supreme teachers as the research object,exploring the process of supreme teachers' professional Growth who are from rural section by analyzing their process in combination with related document literature.And it would dissect the root cause that why they were getting successful so fast and would demonstrate the common methods or personal different ways.This paper will come up with the strategies and paths which are in order to help the middle school Chinese teacher to accomplish professional growth efficiently.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction which has introduced the origin of this research,and the significance,methods,ideas,innovation points and emphasis and difficulty.The second part has arranged these two teachers' professional growth.The third part has analyzed why the two teachers have succeed in their professional growth.The fourth part is the epilogue of this article and it has put forward the strategies and paths of Chinese teachers' professional growth which based on the analysis experience of two teachers.This paper hope to probe into the professional growth process of two middle school Chinese teachers who were so excellent and representative,exploring some significant element what urge they to come to the top.And the research would like to provide some new strategies and ways for the middle school Chinese teacher and they'll apply it to their professional growth,especially those new teacher.This is the meaning of this study.
