Objective:based on the urgent need to study foot and ankle sports injuries and special sports shoes biomechanical design factors, the paper uses the shooting frequency and accuracy higher Qualisys three-dimensional movement of infrared acquisition and analysis system and the current state-of-the-art German novel Pedar-X plantar pressure measurement system of foot kinematics and dynamics parameters acquisition uniform degree of fatigue and external movement conditions environment, described the biomechanical characteristics of the movement of the foot itself, before and after the men’s badminton player fatigue foot special technical movements kinematics, kinetics parameter testing, comparative analysis of foot motion before and after exercise fatigue biomechanical characteristics of to identify fatigue before and after the foot and ankle movement parameters change to provide data support for the foot and ankle injuries, and hope that through these parameters trend analysis, to reduce the incidence of sports injuries, developed to provide the basis of the special sports shoes.Methods:In this paper, Qualisys infrared tracking analysis system (Sweden) and Pedar-X plantar pressure measurement system (novel, Germany) for the six two badminton athletes foot pressure, ankle rotation angle and other parameters were measured with a heart rate monitor and portable blood lactate analyzer to monitor movement of the heart rate and blood lactate values combined with comprehensive determination fatigue scale, with a metronome speed of movement control subjects completed the study badminton athletes before and after fatigue of foot and ankle biomechanics changed.Results:1. After fatigue plantar foot pressure is the pressure outside of the center of gravity biased.2. The maximum plantar pressure more concentrated in the heel area and the metatarsal area, different subjects before and after the change in fatigue irregular.3. With the deepening of the degree of fatigue, the supporting role of the heel downward trend.4. Subjects after fatigue foot buffer stage in support of the time there is an increasing trend.5. With the deepening of fatigue, ankle joint angle range and the different duration of the action phase, different changes in the type of athlete.6. Left field after fatigue stepped ankle angle change compared with the other two actions does not have more stability, and the degree of change is greater than the front right field stride and kill the Internet.Conclusion:1. Fatigue leads to ankle joint movement parameters.2. Subjects after fatigue has no action has been good stability before the completion of the duration of action of each stage are changing the ankle joint control over the declining This greatly increases the possibility of ankle injury sex.3. Subjects left field after fatigue stride change is more non-stability that do the damage left field chance of stepping movements may be larger than the front right field stride and do kill the Internet action.
