Dance sport is one of the new sports that fuse sports and dance, this sports'an important characteristic is that what human body show in the process of motion largely through the feet contact with the ground and deliver to the body. Because of its unique characteristics, and also with the continuous development of national fitness campaign, more and more people choose to dance as the fitness sport, but because of the number of injuries dance sports practice has also increased. After a long period of physical exercise, the movement of the gait change significantly compared with ordinary people, the body muscles and the input and feedback of the forefoot metatarsal areas'touch receptors are enhanced, the body's balance controlling ability has been improved. Biomechanics of dance sports research has focused in the heel height of shoes that effect to the dance sport practitioners. There is almost nothing research between sports dance practitioners of different levels of plantar pressure.In this study, Jiangxi Normal Institute of Physical Education 09 Physical Performing Arts dance classes five professional sports as a test group of female athletes object to prepare for college entrance examination sports dance in six sports dance beginner female athletes as a control group of objects, the use of literature information, expert advice, experiment (Germany medilogic insole plantar pressure measurement system), mathematical statistics, for constant speed walking foot kinetic parameters of the subjects. The purpose is to investigate sports dance on the adolescents of plantar pressure and gait.Results show:(1) In the general parameters of comparison, the experimental group and control group in walking speed, relative speed, step length, step length relative to the foot in contact area and duration of the time there was no significant difference.(2) Comparison of plantar pressure, the experimental group and control group left foot plantar pressure lines are longer than the right foot plantar pressure line, but the experimental group subjects the plantar pressure line shorter than the control group subjects plantar pressure line. Red value in the distribution of plantar districts, test group and control group in the general impulse of the medial metatarsal area maximum, minimum, in the heel area, but the control group, the maximum individual contribution to the impulse subjects appear in the heel area.(3) Comparison of the body, the experimental group tracks the dispersion of the body center of gravity slightly less than the control group body weight.(4) The overall pressure in comparison with the transmission characteristics, which compare the average pressure in the foot, the experimental group and control group subjects were right foot plantar pressure values of the average district there is no significant difference, but the experimental group and control group subjects in the left foot's big toe, mid heel metatarsal area and there were significant differences between areas; dynamic plantar peak pressure in the comparison, the experimental group and control group subjects in the left foot in the metatarsal area and the heel zone differences very significant, while the right foot in the heel area values of the maximum pressure reached a significant difference.
