Justice is human’s unremitting pursuit of goal, but in theory and in reality, the past justice is more about the men while the justice of women is often disguised, ignored and suppressed. As Fu Liye said, the extent of women’s liberation is the natural scale of general liberation and social civilization, so, women’s justice is an important dimension of social justice which can not be ignored. As the representative of the third generation of Western Frankfurt school in Marx doctrine, Nancy Fraser is a famous political philosopher, and a radical feminist as well, she has a unique insights and specialized research on justice, including feminist justice. On the one hand, Fraser, from the feminist perspective, is keen to see today’s globalization is a Gendered Globalization, whhich is more conducive to the male, but not conducive to women; on the other hand, the diversification along with globalization increase the diversification of female subjects and needs and promote the feminist movement, and they add new power for women’s Liberation. In such background of reality, Fraser inherited the critical tradition of Frankfurt school and draw lessons from western feminism theory, laying her feminist theory of justice.Firstly, Fraser criticizes the gender injustice and its reasons, then she locate the feminist justice in a3D coordinates containing redistribution, recognition and representation, expand its scope to the international field of a more general framework, and resort the realization of feminist justice to equal participation and democratic system with a new path. Fraser’s feminist theory of justice expressess the feminists’ demands of the times, highlights the female subjectivity, transcend the binary opposition of gender, but there are also defects like abstractness and uncertainty of its theoretical framework. Her feminist theory of justice and related ideas needs further research and discussion, in consideration of the present situation and the the problem of China women’s liberation, how to draw lessons from Fraser’s theory to promote the Chinese feminist justice is one of the important issues.
