College students are the future and hope of the country, the idea of dynamic hasimportant influence on the development of the country and nation. In the growthprocess of university students, instructors are the direct guidance, plays a key role, itsability to work and its quality affects the development of the contemporary collegestudents to a great extent.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion, a total offive chapters.The first chapter is the introduction and the practical significance of theconstruction of college counselors team academic background; related researchachievements and progress; the shortcomings and problems that need further study.The second chapter is a general overview of the university instructors, includingthe main role of counselors role of counselors, and counselors in the history of China’sdevelopment.The third chapter mainly introduces the method of the work of counselors,counselors should adhere to seek truth from facts, to distinguish between primary andsecondary, equality, science to guide the basic principles in the process of work. Intheir daily work should be done to understand the students, love students; professionaldedication, win people by virtue; continuous learning, to be strict with oneself, dowell service; personal demonstration; affection, educating people by affection;coordinate the hierarchy; effective use of network platform, guide students to grow uphealthy and sound.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the existing problems in the construction ofcollege counselors and the causes of these problems, the current college counselor.Team lack of stability, low level of professionalism; the work responsibility is notclear, the lack of occupation identity; in addition, the work of counselors,phenomenon of serious occupation burnout. The fundamental reason of theseproblems is: the construction of political instructor team cognition is not in place;their selection, with the lack of strict standards of counselor team construction; lack ofnormative, systematic, long-term.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the direction and target of the construction ofcounselor team. The construction of college counselors team should be towardspecialization, occupation, experts in the direction of development, and constantlyimprove the management mechanism, a sound management system.The last part is the conclusion, it should pay attention to the construction of China’s counselors problems based on the above discussions: constantly optimizethe counselor development path, grasp the direction of development; promote theinstructor occupation identity; innovation concept, digestion counselors occupationburnout.
