The Research On Secondary Vocational School's Evaluation Model And Application Of Computer Specialized Training Course From The Perspective Of Professionalism

With the promoting of "made in China 2025" and “national innovation driven strategy”,enterprises need a large number of professional,highly skilled personnel.Professionalism become an important factor when enterprises recruit employees,even some of them take professionalism as the priority of an employee.Nearly three-quarters of the secondary vocational computer specialized courses are skill training courses,problem exists that the skills are emphasized,but the professionalism is ignored,which resulted in the gap between what enterprises demand and the students are qualified.As a "baton",the evaluation can guide the development direction of vocational education activities.Thus,the only path to cultivate students who can meet the demand of enterprises is to innovate computer specialized training evaluation model,and make the training course a platform where both skills and professionalism can be enhanced.First of all,through the study on enterprise recruitment and teaching situation,this paper expounds the necessity of professionalism cultivation in secondary vocational computer specialized training course;As the feasibility of research is based on the theoretical basis and the enterprise survey results,this paper introduces the principle,method and process of building the evaluation model;Secondly,based on the analysis of first and second evaluation index consulting results from the experts,the variation coefficient method and experience method is used to build the evaluation index and weight coefficient.The training course evaluation process is designed combining with the existing research results and the theory of hierarchical model,thus to determine the computer specialized training class evaluation model;Finally,from the perspective of the VB training course,the teaching based on evaluation model and the application is carried out,and the research conclusion is reached through the analysis on the practice result reliability,validity and effect.The results showed that the evaluation model in the secondary vocational computer specialized training class is feasible and effective,it can effectively promote students' professional skills and professional quality.This study on "Secondary vocational school's evaluation model and application of computer specialized training course from the perspective of professionalism" and the development of "training course evaluation system" enriches the theory of secondary vocational computer specialized training class evaluation system,and provides the training class skills and professional quality comprehensive evaluation tools,which has positive significance in meeting the demands of enterprise recruitment.
