With the quick development of the market economy in China and the increasing availability of Chinese higher education,the quantity of university students has increased gradually every year,however, more and more prolblem has appeared . Collegiate counselors as the ideological education and management are also increasingly concerned about the main force. Central authority document 16 in 2004 "About the Idea Further, Reinforcing and Improving College Students Ideological and Political Education"refer to that college students are very precious personnel resources .They are the hope of our nation,the future of our motherland.It has great significance in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics into the builders and successors to ensure our country in the fierce international competition in an invincible position and the realization of building a well-off society and accelerating the grand goal of socialist modernization, to ensure the prosperity of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, successors.Ministry of Education in 2005 issued a "Class Instructor on the Strengthening of Institutions of Higher Learning the Views of the Building" pointed out that the Collegiate counselors, head teachers and universities of teachers are important parts of moral education who are engaged in the work of colleges and universities to carry out the ideological and political education of the backbone force is to guide the healthy development of students and guide.Strengthening the collegiate counselors, teacher team-building,improving ideological and political education and maintenance of an important organization of colleges and universities to ensure stability and long-term mechanism, to fully implement the Party's education policy, the ideological and political education to the various tasks, of great significance.
