Napping, an important step in children’s everyday activities, is a supplement for thesleeping at night.Enough napping time and high quality is significant for children’sgrowth, attention and memory development in their daily lives, therefore, it’s important.However, many problems existing among children in the observation during nappingtime.Such as,difficulties in falling asleep,harmful napping habits.Napping, which shouldhave been a relaxing step, annoys children, parents and teachers for many problems,andalso, it becomes one of the most caring issue among parents and teachers.To solve thepractical problem, I choose children’s napping difficulties in kindergarten as my thesissubject.The study intervenes a child who has typical napping problems, and makesintervening programs which includes relaxing hypnosis by music,at the same time, incombination with other methods such as painting therapy, home to guide.I intervened achild’s napping problems for four weeks and analyzed the results. The results showed thatimprovements were achieved after the intervention.For example, napping time wasprolonged, bad napping habits decreased and napping quality improved.Individualpsychological state changes, the afternoon activities more active performance. At thesame time, the early childhood teachers,parents attitude toward child’s nap also changed.Finally, put forward some Suggestions to solve the problem of infants nap difficulton the basis of the intervention on the cases.
