In recent years,with the development of market economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the scale of floating population is gradually expand,as the family migration become a common trend and the number of migrant children is also increased,after entering the new environment they may exist various maladjustment,at this stage,the peer communication plays an key role in promoting migrant children into the new environment as soon as possible and healthy growth.However,the current situation shows that under the influence of various subjective and objective factors,migrant children have a variety of difficulties in peer communication.Based on this,this paper from the perspective of social work analysis the current situation of migrant children’s peer communication,so as to explore the feasibility of social work intervention to solve the problems of migrant children’s peer communication.The author using the chance of Z institution afford services to migrant children in N primary school of YuCi,through questionnaire,interview,observation method to collect data,from the self cognition,emotional confusion,communicative ability analysis the present situation and relationship difficulties of peer interaction of N primary school’s migrant children,based on the social ecosystem theory from the floating children themselve and external environment aspects analysis the causes of these difficulties,and under the guidance of cognitive behavioral theory,by using the method of group work to design six activities to improve the state of floating children’s peer interaction.Through the evaluation index,it shows that the social workinvolves in the peer communication of migrant children plays a positive role in improving the peer relationship,solving the peer communication difficulties and strengthening the social support network of the peer.Finally this paper reflects on the deficiencies of present study in terms of research objects,reserch methods,at the same time puts forward the follow-up and improvement.Comprehensive practice experience,the author conclude that in addition to through team work to promote children’s own change,should also be comprehensive methods such as community work into the floating children’s schools,families,communities when the social work intervene floating children’s peers communication,we can exert the influence of native families and fully mobilize and use of the resources which from school and community to promote the floating children change,that is useful to comprehensively solve the difficulties of floating children’s peer interaction and promote them into urban life better.
