Marxist theory of education is an important part of the ideological and political education,Marxist theory is the main front of the college students ideological and political education, Marxisttheory course teaching effectiveness is a matter of common concern in today’s scholars of education.Although, with the development of socialist reform and construction, universities are constantlyMarxist theory course teaching reform and innovation from content to teaching methods, but under thenew historical conditions, the teaching of Marxist theory there are still many weak links. Minoritystudents are the outstanding elements of Ethnic Minorities, is the backbone of the harmoniousXinjiang, but the minority college students’ Marxism theory course teaching effect is not optimistic,therefore, under the guidance of the theory of Marxist theory course for the minority nationalitycollege students improve the teaching effect of method, is the ideological and political educationworkers in Xinjiang is the important subject to be solved.This article takes the group of minority university students in Xinjiang as the research object, bythe method of documentary, interview, questionnaire survey method as the basic reasoning methods,draw lessons from the pedagogy, psychology, and related discipline theory of ideological and politicaleducation, ascended the Xinjiang ethnic minority college students teaching effect is the core content ofMarxist theory course, put forward the coping strategies.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part, Introduction. Education of Marxist theory course mainly introduces the researchbackground and significance, summarizes the related theory research, the institute adopts the basictrain of thought and method.The second part, the relevant concept definition and theoretical basis. Combed the institute of theeducation of Marxist theory course, Xinjiang ethnic minority college students the basic concept of theeducation of Marxist theory course, and through the reception theory, need theory research provides atheoretical basis for this study.The third part, Investigation and analysis of the status of minority students in Xinjiang Marxisttheory teaching effectiveness. Five universities in Xinjiang (Shihezi university, Xinjiang university,Xinjiang normal university, Xinjiang medical university, Kashi normal) five teaching of Marxisttheory course in colleges and universities present situation has carried on the questionnaire survey andinterviews, to further explore the Xinjiang minority nationality college students the deep reason ofMarxism theory course teaching effect is low.The fourth part, Xinjiang ethnic minority college students’ Marxism theory course teaching effectattribution analysis. Involve individuals to educators and students, teaching contents, teachingmethods, teaching environment and other relevant factors.The fifth part, Xinjiang minority nationality college students countermeasures to explore Marxisttheory course teaching effect. For Xinjiang minority nationality college students specific problemsexisting in the teaching of Marxist theory course put forward the corresponding optimizationcountermeasures, and puts forward improvement countermeasures of Marxist theory course teachingeffect evaluation system.
