Along with the rapid development of information technology, digitized campus has become the prioritytask of IT application in the education sector, as well as the symbol of modernized education, whichnot only gives full glamour to traditional education, but also vitalizes it. Therefore, in terms of eachschool’s own demands, it is the necessary measure to go with the advancement of informationtechnology, integrate the schools’ IT resources in scientific and appropriate ways, regard the digitizedcampus construction as a part of its infrastructure and adopt advanced IT methods in stepping up itsprogress in digitized campus construction.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of China’s colleges and universities teaching resources that existin the process of building the uneven distribution of teaching resources, teaching resources updatecosts are high, low degree of sharing of teaching resources, so that we need carry out teaching inuniversities to explore the integration of resources across time and space restrictions, in order to meetstudents’ self-learning process of the network teaching resource requirements of the new situation.This paper gives a comprehensive picture of the history and recent developments of digitized campusconstruction as well as an analysis of the structural system and significance of it. Meanwhile, thepaper compares domestic and international current situations and developing trends of digitizedcampus construction combining with the present conditions in Graduate School of Chinese Academyof Agricultural Sciences and comes up with a constructive proposal to carry out researchesconcerning the application of cloud storage technologies with the focused digging study ofconstructive demands in GSCAAS with a layered cloud storage system including the layers ofapplication, supporting, data and bases. The content of the construction embraces the systems ofteaching resource management and sharing, comprehensive management of graduate students,long-distance educational management, logistic management and integrated information publication.This paper provides detailed arguments on software and hardware configuration for each sub-system,as well as their functions and work flows.
