The Research Based On Cloud Services To Solve The Problem Appears In The Construction Of Digital Campus

With the development of information technology, cloud service, cloud computing have recently become the new hot terms. In the "Decade’s Development Program of Education Informatization (2011-2020) " issued by Ministry of Education, "cloud" was mentioned for 17 times, and "cloud service" was mentioned for 6 times. This indicated that China’s education informationization and college’s campus digitization have entered into the era of cloud and big data.In the first chapter of this thesis, the author reviews and analyses the status of domestic and foreign education informationization, and the development of digital campus. The author finds that the current domestic and foreign development and research trend present a characteristic, which is the application of cloud computing and other emerging information technology to education informationization, construction of digital campus, and sharing education resources. The second chapter focuses on the related concepts of cloud computing and cloud services. Method of comparison is applied to work out the transition of campus construction under the cloud era, and think about relationship between university campus digitization and management of colleges and universities based on cloud service. The third chapter analyzes the current development situation and existing problem of the construction of the campus digitization of the author’s work unit. The fourth chapter first emphasizes the aim of construction of campus digitization (what kind of digitalized campus should be constructed), then put forward the conception of building digitalized campus platform (how to construct):By applying three service modes of cloud services, construct a virtualized cloud data center of data interaction, integration and unified standard, constructing cloud platform of digitalized campus to provide the basis of cloud services and application services (used to manage service, scientific research, teaching, social service). In view of the specific problems in the construction of university campus digitization, by adopting the theory of governance of public management, specific countermeasures are put forward. Next outlook is set up a smart campus under the " education cloud" which is jointly constructed universities and dominated by the government.
