Class is the group organization of students' study and life.When the headmaster manages class time and learns the professional knowledge of class management,the construction of class culture will be an inevitable problem.The positive and aggressive class culture plays a subtle role in moral education,while the passive and casual class culture will strongly affect students' sense of identity and belonging to the class.Poor class culture will even seriously affect students' learning enthusiasm and reduce students' motivation to learn.Therefore,in the stage of high school,the school,the class teacher,the subject teacher and the class cadres should form a joint force to form a highly recognized and innovative class culture within the class,which will subconsciously drive the development of all students.Also,a good class culture can also be the basis of the campus culture,to show the characteristic campus culture atmosphere.This research will take D middle school in Yangzhou as an example.In the long-term follow-up work,the observation method,document method and questionnaire survey method were adopted to investigate the construction of class culture and to find the problems in the construction of class culture in D Middle School of Yangzhou City.After investigation and research,the author found that the material construction of D Middle School in Yangzhou is better than except,but it lacks flexibility and creativity,and the actual utilization rate is low.The main body of spiritual culture construction of the class is inappropriate,lacking characteristics,and difficult to internalize.The class system culture construction is lack of democracy and flexibility,and the management and implementation of class differences are large.What's more,the form of the construction in class activity culture is rigid,and theautonomy of students is poor,so it is difficult to Form a continuous cultural atmosphere.On the basis of discovering problems,these reasons have caused these problems.From the aspect of teachers,they do not pay enough attention to construct the class culture and their professional abilities are not strong.Standing on the perspective of students,they are under great pressure for exams and are unable to do so.And the last,the school has a single evaluation standard for the construction of class culture.For these reasons,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.At the school level,the high school should create a “Qin Lan” project to expand the coverage of class teacher training;support teachers' research and experiment projects,and pay more attention to the construction of class culture.At the teacher level,headmasters should change the concept of education,attach the importance of the construction of class culture and create cultural keywords that belong to the class,and establish the core of the culture.At the student level,students should contribute their own wisdom,participate in the construction of class culture and strengthen their own management.Student cadres should formulate a good operating system;form a class community to promote the construction of class culture.These countermeasures take into account the inconsistency of the management level of the head teacher,and have a strong operability,which can greatly promote the construction of class culture and improve the level of class management.
