In recent years, with the sustained growth of large number of college graduates, employment pressure that graduates are faced with is also growing, some college students beginning to do pioneering work has become one important to choose. The difficult employment problem has been national attention, the government departments and universities have introduced policies to encourage and promote the university students, and students to a new strategic height. The government has introduced a number of stimulating students preferential and support policies, which provided a good social environment for entrepreneurship. Starting from the point of view, we have established campus entrepreneurial base, establish courses related entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial venture project, issued a special fund of entrepreneurship, organizing entrepreneurial society vigorously to promote entrepreneurial activities. Although the nation and universities do their best to support and encourage entrepreneurship, but the results are unsatisfactory, students start the entrepreneurship still face a lot of difficulties. In general, the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students is very high, the policy to support entrepreneurship from the state is also strong, entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is more popular, but the achievement of college students is not satisfied, and it is difficult to expand the their teams. A lot of factors leading to this adverse situation, but the most important one is the students themselves, is the dynamic mechanism of the university students. These mechanisms include:information is not smooth, the social network capital is not strong, confidence is not enough, not the reasonable construction of mutually beneficial cooperation mechanism and so on, but these problems can be attributed to the result from insufficient social capital.Based on this, this paper uses a unique perspective of "social capital" to explore the phenomenon of College Students’ entrepreneurship, explaining how to find and use the social capital of entrepreneurial students, which is an important significance both for in-depth analysis of the operation of social capital, or reference opinions, and ease the severe employment pressure for entrepreneurship.This paper studied the current situation of entrepreneurship and social capital, finding that the study on the entrepreneurship of college students mainly concentrated on psychology, pedagogy and economics, the proportion of research in the field of social science is relatively small, and in the field of sociology, research on entrepreneurial perspective mainly concentrated on the government policy, social environment and so on. On the basis of existing theories, this paper mainly adopts the method of interviewing to collect relevant data, and uses questionnaire to assist analyzing the related problem. The results showed that the social capital of college students has statistical difference with the emotional support, financial support, entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial performance. The information of social capital contributes to the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, trust acts as an intermediary between the social capital effect; most parents do not support their children entrepreneurship in the emotion; the scale of social capital larger and heterogeneous sex stronger, its ability to find funds will be stronger, and have more opportunities for getting funds. College students are in order to realize their dreams of entrepreneurship, they will choose their partner of entrepreneurship on their own purpose, the college students who own high social capital have more friends, the team members of college students who have low social capital are mainly their family numbers; entrepreneurs spend on human relations bigger, their social capital will be higher and higher, and the entrepreneurial performance will also be higher.On the definition of the social capital generation, and working hypothesis, focus from the dynamic point of view, with the business process of university students, expounds the logical sequence and cycle processes of social capital operation. Operation of social capital through the "Demand—Find—Construct—Sustain—Die". Finding social capital can use the blood "inherited" directly, can also be constructed through mutually beneficial trade indirectly; the means of maintaining social capital approaches are very similar with establishment, but there are some different characteristics:from reality to virtual development, extending from the tool to emotional, in position by the network end to "location to develop bridge". In addition, entrepreneurial college students rarely break off the relationship with others, even if have to break off the relationship, they may pay more attention to emotional factors, not economic factors.
