"Social capital" as a personal action logic goes beyond the binary unit of analysis and new research perspective, and plays an important role in the development of Chinese sociology. Many scholars are more likely to contact the reality of China, and gradually get rid of the pure model and several rational features, and through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to extend the "unique and important area of Chinese academics. Based on this, this paper adopts a unique analytical perspective of social capital to explore the phenomenon of college students venture, and explains how to use social capital, which are of great significance whether for the operation of in-depth analysis of social capital, or for college students to provide a reference to ease the current severe employment pressure.This paper reviews the current status of research on college student’ s entrepreneurship and social capital, and finds out that research focuses on entrepreneurship in the field of psychology, education and economics, and sociological research is relatively small, in which focus falls on government policy, social environmental support. Based on relevant theory, social capital is divided into capital scale, frequency, quality, trust, intermediary and the intermediary qualitative measure, and mainly interview method has been adopted to collect information. The results show that entrepreneurial students’ social capital has a statistically significant difference with emotional support, financial support, entrepreneurial team, and entrepreneurial performance. Social capital helps the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities, and trust acts as the intermediary role; most of the parents are not emotionally supportive of the entrepreneurs of their own children; the larger the size of social capital, the stronger its ability to find funding, the more opportunities for financial support, the college students with high social capital have more social friends, while those with low social capital base entrepreneurial team members mainly upon families. The bigger expenditure on human exchanges, the higher their social capital, and the greater entrepreneurial performance.Then, after defining the causes of social capital and operational assumptions, combined with the process of entrepreneurship among university students, this paper explains the logical order and recycling processes of social capital. Relations can be obtained through "inherits" of the direct uses, and also indirectly through reciprocal transactions; and means of maintaining relationships is similar to relationship-building method, but at this time have different characteristics: in the way from real to virtual development, from tool to emotion, in the location from network end to the "bridge" development. In addition, the entrepreneurial college students rarely break off relations with others, and they pay more attention to emotional factors, rather than economic factors.
