Since China put forward the slogan of ?mass entrepreneurship,innovation?,the government has implemented many measures to encourage people to start their own businesses.As a new force for social development,college students are important potential people engaged in entrepreneurial activities.Therefore,how to improve college students' entrepreneurial will and cultivate college students' entrepreneurial ability has become a topic of concern for many researchers.According to the identification research of entrepreneurial opportunities,there are many ways to identify opportunities: active search,passive search and accidental discovery.Under the influence of the Internet,the individual's social network is increasing day by day,and the channels for obtaining information are broadened.This makes the entrepreneurial activities in the new era show new characteristics: increased opportunities,lower thresholds,lower costs,and faster development.It can be said that the use of the Internet amplifies the promotion of individual social capital to the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,and also increases the probability that individuals will accidentally discover entrepreneurial opportunities.The discovery and identification of entrepreneurial opportunities is the beginning of the entrepreneurial process and the primary factor that encourages entrepreneurs to form entrepreneurial willingness.Some studies have studied the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity identification and entrepreneurial willingness from the perspective of planning behavior theory,and proved that entrepreneurial opportunity identification helps the entrepreneurial willingness to arise.At the same time,according to the definition of entrepreneurship by Shane and Vick Taylor,entrepreneurship includes a combination of two phenomena: the existence of favorable opportunities and the existence of enterprising individuals,and studies have shown that personal traits significantly affect entrepreneurial will,so this study believes that For individuals who have identified and discovered entrepreneurial opportunities,whether or not they generate entrepreneurial willingness and make entrepreneurial choices are closely related to their own personality traits.Therefore,this study uses a questionnaire survey method to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial social capital,entrepreneurial personality traits,entrepreneurial opportunity identification and entrepreneurial will,and draws the following conclusions:1.Entrepreneurial social capital predicts entrepreneurial opportunity identification and entrepreneurial willingness.Social capital's friend support,school support,local support,and personal network dimensions are significantly correlated with entrepreneurial opportunity identification;social capital's friend support,school support,and personal network dimensions are significantly correlated with entrepreneurial willingness.2.The identification of entrepreneurial opportunities plays a part in mediating between entrepreneurial social capital and entrepreneurial will.3.The dimensions of personal traits are significantly related to the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial willingness.4.Entrepreneurial social capital The second half of the mediating effect of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition on entrepreneurial will is regulated by the characteristics of entrepreneurial individuals.When the individual entrepreneurial traits are at a higher level,the indirect effect becomes larger and the direct effect becomes smaller.When the individual entrepreneurial trait is at a lower level,the indirect effect becomes smaller and the direct effect becomes larger.In a word,this paper mainly studies the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial will and its internal mechanism,and proposes a regulated intermediary model,which explains how the entrepreneurial personality traits affect the formation of college students' entrepreneurial will and when this effect is stronger.Weak,enriched the relevant theories,and can also provide suggestions for improving the entrepreneurial will of college students.
