Health sociology sociology of health and organic combination of the two fields, anew field has two separate areas of health and sociological characteristics. In thispaper, based on Marxist groups such as the organization’s point of view, Parsons andFoucault’s health groups and organizations divided opinion, the use of literature,in-depth interview and logical analysis of population health research in Jinan,according to movement of various groups and organizations as well as differentstandards division projects, we think it is more representative of the meaning of sportaccording to the division, and thus divided into athletics, sports, fitness dance,traditional martial arts and qigong four groups using sociological research methods toproduce healthy exercise behavior change, the spread of a preliminary study. Theresults are:1.Groups and organizations does not mean that there are health behavior healthbehavior motivation. They believe health behavior is only a tool, it is their age andphysical condition played a decisive role. Health behavior motivation andorganization of different groups are not the same, the overall trend has diversified intoa single motive motive, more aimed at promoting individual socialization, improveinterpersonal skills and show their worth.2. By motives of groups and organizational health behaviors, build, implement, andthen select the analysis and research process, the establishment of a group of healthybehavior and structure of the organization. Use of health behavior chart, you can helpus create groups and organizations on health behavior change, and willing toparticipate in health behavior to predict the medical degree.3. Changes in individual project selection, the dominant factor for the analysis of thebenefits of behavior change in the difference between the consideration. That persononly prospectively assessed for behavioral changes, see the benefit of their owninterests, will make a choice. Response effectiveness and sense of self-efficacy tocontrol the choice of individuals and groups.
