Health is an eternal topic of human concern.With the continuous improvement of Internet technology and digital level,health information contact has increasingly become an important channel of health communication,and also an important factor affecting individual health behavior.As an active group of health information contact,college students have been on the edge of health issues.Based on the dual background of the national health goal and the increasingly prominent health problems of college students,this paper is based on the theory of knowledge,trust and behavior,the theory of protection motivation and the theory of planned behavior,and is carried out along the behavioral level of health communication effect.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of health information contact on College Students' health behavior and its influence mechanism,to establish a model of College Students' health behavior change,and to put forward the optimization strategy of College Students' group health communication.The results show that:(1)college students' health information contact has a significant positive impact on their health behavior;(2)college students' health information contact will have a positive indirect impact on their health behavior through their health knowledge,health belief,subjective norms and self-efficacy;(3)demographic variables,specialty and health status regulate the impact of College Students' health information contact on their health behavior effect.Therefore,to promote the health behavior change of college students,we should start with increasing the health information contact intervention.
