| Since its introduction into China,cheerleading has been widely carried out and popularized nationwide with the support of the State General Administration of sports and relevant institutions.The number of participants is increasing and the technical level is also improving.The flower ball cheerleading,jazz cheerleading and hip-hop Cheerleading in the world cheerleading championships have all achieved the top three good results,but the performance of skill cheerleading is poor,has not entered the top eight,and there is still a certain gap compared with the world’s high-level teams.Therefore,to improve the competitive level of China’s skilled cheerleading team and shorten the gap with the world’s strong teams is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,through the study of the difficult movements in the group events of skill Cheerleading in the three world cheerleading Championships from 2017 to 2019,the number and types of difficult movements in the collective events of skill cheerleading are counted,the characteristics of difficult movements are summarized,and the rules and development trend of difficult movements are explored,so as to provide reference for the selection of difficult movements for coaches and athletes in China In addition,it also provides new ideas in the aspect of training and arrangement,so as to shorten the gap with the world’s top teams and strive to achieve a breakthrough in the international arena as soon as possible.The conclusions are as follows:1.In the three World Cheerleading Championships,Lift structure modeling mostly uses 1 support 1,which has strong mobility and fast formation speed,and its use value increases year by year;in the top shape of the most used is the two feet standing shape,according to the team’s lifting ability and arrangement of the focus with different difficulty of the base shape;in the base shape of single base double arm shoulder position Lift and double base shoulder lift are gradually replaced by single base high lift,lift base modeling is developing towards high difficulty.2.In the three World Cheerleading Championships,The number of pyramids is increasing year by year,and the degree of attention is significantly improved.It is the key point of the selection of the difficulty movements of the collective Cheerleading exercises in the future;in the structural modeling,the 1-1-1 pyramid with high completion rate and not easy to make mistakes is the most used,and the focus of the arrangement is from a single pyramid to a compound one Pyramid transition;in the top shape of the use of the largest number of feet is standing,in the completion process is often combined with high difficulty and novel up and down movement.3.In the three World Cheerleading Championship Cheerleading skills team events,Basket throwing action to complete the main collective;in collective completion,medium difficulty basketball throwing action is used to ensure the quality of completion and give full play to the top basketball throwing ability;single group or multi group completion is usually interspersed with other kinds of difficult action,which is highly contrasted by displaying the basketball throwing action with low difficulty coefficient The effect of the whole set performance,or the high-level athletes in the team through the display of high difficulty coefficient of basket throwing action to reflect the team’s high difficulty basket throwing action technology.4.In the three World Cheerleading Championships Cheerleading skills team events,the number of participants in the somersault increased,and the main types of use are in-situ somersault and hanging string somersault;the somersault behind the group is the basis of in-situ somersault,and its difficulty is developing towards the higher difficulty of somersault 360 ° somersault behind the group;hanging string somersault is the focus of the development of somersault between the groups,and is the most commonly used In the form of three continuous somersault string action. |
