This paper mainly use the mothed of biomechanics,by the test of three types of devices synchronous—high-speed cameras, three-dimensional force platform and Electrical measuring instrument,to experimental study of different equipments throwing technical characteristics for elite female discus thrower of China,get the date of kinematics,dynamics and the mainly of muscle electromyography when they Completion of the throwing motion. The aim is to provides ralavitely scientific and accurate theoretical basis for the coaches to arrange design special strength. Kinematic data is throughing the Ariel Performance Analysis System motion analysis software processed, Dynamics data obtained from force plateform will be dealt by the Bioware software to get the lower limbs three-dimensional support reacting force changes,the clectrical date from the experiment will synchronously with image, by the Megawin software get the athletes to complete throwing motion measured muscle clectrical and integral elcctromyography. The results show that:the throwing heavy equipment can improve the athletes at the average speed of around double support phase and right foot off the ground when the instantaneous velocity and moves fastest when throwing iron rod; Throwing heavy equipment for athletes in the double support body torsion tighter turn up stage, shoulders, chest, arms open more fully, make the athletes on the technology link get enough rotating momentum; Throwing heavy equipment most muscles activities are more intense, iEMG are more bigger.The research method involved in this study containes the literatures,experimental method, mathematical Statistics method, comparative analysis method.The study shows:1、Double support stage throwers used the longest time, throwing the heavy discus with the shortest time, in the right arm swing pre-exist the problem of excessive maximum speed when throwing heavy discus, it can helps reduce the maximum pre-swing speed. With the mass of throwing devices increase, the muscle portion integral elcctromyography also increases.2、Sngle-support phase, compared with foreign athletes, it show that China women athlete throws three instruments used for a shorter time.
