The fierce competition among the countries all over the world in economy and science and technology is essentially that in their own comprehensive national strength, to the end, is competition in national quality, which means competing for talent.In a one-hundred year strategy of a nation, education is taken as the foundation.In our country, from the objective and task of middle school education, it should cultivate not only qualified freshmen for higher schools, but also qualified builders and successors for each battlefront of National Socialism.Therefore, the systematic and comprehensive research of professional attitudes of basketball coachs in middle schools in Shaanxi province, and further measures taken corresponding to the actual situation of the survey, make the coachs set up positive, upward, and right professional attitudes, and improve the quality of teaching.This gives vital significance to our country preparation for cultivating numerous excellent talents.This study, in view of the current situation and differences of the professional attitudes of the Shaanxi middle school basketball coachs, makes a systematic and comprehensive discussion through expert interview, documentary literature, questionnaire investigation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics. Then it further analyzes the main factors influencing their attitudes.Main conclusions:1. Most of the basketball coachs in Shaanxi middle school adopt a positive attitude towards the role of basketball teaching and the coachs’hardworking, as well as they have strong occupational interest. But they have the opposite attitude towards the financial reward, personal status, the sense of achievement and the difficulty in promotion through assessment and so on. 2. In the emotional aspects of basketball coach professional attitudes, most high school basketball coach in shaanxi has a great interest in basketball coach career, to basketball coach group work atmosphere and a positive attitude.3. In occupational behavior of basketball coach professional attitudes, most of the shaanxi province high school basketball coach (especially young male coach) select professional tendency and personal intention is relatively strong.4. In shaanxi province high school basketball coach, men’s and women’s coach in professional cognition on the one hand, there is no significant difference; Young group of coaches and age group of coaches in the professional attitude of significant differences on the three factors; Different degree of basketball coach on the cognitive aspects of professional attitudes do not exist significant difference; Different titles of basketball coach in the three aspects of professional attitudes do not exist significant differences.5. From the single factor analysis,economic income,influence of shaanxi province high school basketball coach the attitude of the most important factor, second is mainly position,title promotion factors,for the love of basketball.
