Research On The Situation And Strategies Of The Coaches Of Teen-agers, Baskethall Teams In Shaanxi Province

Basketball has been introduced into our country already for120 years, through the baptism of the war years until the early 21 st century, basketball has achieved rapid development, and gradually took to the process of professionalization. But it is rare to see the delegation of Shaanxi province in many basketball games held in our country, no matter the Chinese men’s professional basketball league(CBA) or many teenagers’ games across the country. The root cause has a direct relationship with the cultivation of basketball talent reserve and instability of coaches in our province. Therefore, investigating adolescent coaches status and analyzing the factors which restrict the development of the coach team in our province will be of great significance to promote the development of youth basketball sports in our province, the construction of the coach team, improve the quality of the coaches, as well as the long-term development of our province basketball.This paper uses the methods of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, Through the investigation of the basic situation of Shaanxi youth basketball coaches and training situation, the knowledge structure, professional awareness and the present situation of the management of the coach team, analyzing and finding the factors and reasons which restrict the development of the adolescent coaches in our province, the conclusions are as follows:1. Our province adolescent coaches are more reasonable in structure and obvious young in age,which is conducive to the development of coaches but our province is lack of highly educated talents and high title coaches.2. Our province adolescent coaches are not high in scientific training, and making the training plan is not coordinated with goals in the training process, the recovery method is unitary, the effect of recovery is not obvious.3. Coaches have more ways of knowledge acquisition, but poor mastery of the basic knowledge, they are also lack of attention to the knowledge of basketball referees. Meanwhile, coaches are weak in ability of quality innovation and research, also badly in need of improvement. All these factors lead to low training level.4. Coach selection is not reasonable in the individual units of our province. Training system is imperfect, sources are less training pertinence is not strong, the effect is not obvious.
