Research purposes:the stability through the study of the core area of shaanxi province taijiquan team athletes training intervention,and carries on the index of periodic testing,understanding of core stability training to improve the quality of competitive taijiquan athletes difficulty movement to complete,at the same time,combined with the special characteristics of competitive taijiquan,collect suitable competitive taijiquan athletes core stability training means,and provide a set of method is suitable for the core stability of competitive taijiquan athletes training,to help coaches and athletes competitive taijiquan fully realize the importance of core stability training to complete difficulty movement,to provide the scientific training of competitive taijiquan on the basis of combining theory with practice.Research methods:based on the core stability training as the research object,the tai chi group in shaanxi province 12 of second-tier athletes as experimental object,through the observation method,questionnaire,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other methods,the subjects of 10 weeks core stability training intervention,analysis in the project of core stability training influence on complete difficulty movement,and provide a set of core stability training methods in accordance with the special characteristics,so as to the future core stability training is applied to the training of competitive taijiquan project provides a bit.Research conclusions:(1)through ten weeks core stability training,athletes core stability of the experimental group athletes was obviously higher than that of control group,and has a very significant difference(P < 0.01),suggesting that the core stability training can strengthen the body's ability to onset of coordinated control of the athletes.(2)through the ten weeks core stability training can effectively improve the core competitive taijiquan athletes,the experimental group's core strength is better than that of control group athletes athletes,this shows that the influence of core stability training is better than general strength training.Core stability training(3)through the ten weeks,the experimental group athletes the balance ability of the indicators are significantly improved,with very significant difference in statistics(P < 0.01),thanks to core stability training to add the suspension training,training,including the influence of unstable condition.(4)core stability training through ten weeks,the experimental group athletes accomplish the score of difficulty action and the success rate has a significant positive effect,and the experimental group athletes complete athletes difficulty the success rate is higher than the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the power of the core muscles control with deep small muscle group of mutual coordination of onset of the athlete completes difficulty movement in the process of transfer and stability played a very positive role.(5)through the experiment,ten weeks core stability training for athletes,it can play a positive role can be a competitive taijiquan fitness training program of the project,at the same time pay attention to combining with the characteristics,on the individual differences of the athletes effective training arrangement,the ultimate goal is to improve the competitive level of athletes.Research proposal:(1)suggest the national team is equipped with a special fitness coach and core stability training related equipment,or organize related physical training training for coaches.(2)coaches training,the design should follow the principle of general strength training and core stability training requirement,starting from the details,strict with quality.(3)coaches should be clear core stability training as a means of supporting practice,does not directly affect the quality of athletes difficulty movement to complete,should according to the player's individual differences,find out problems,to choose corresponding training methods.
