With the rapid development of social economy, and the social conception has constantly updatad, people is taking more and more attention to themseves health., under the background of index declining of middle school students physical in recent years the "sunlight sports" has putting forward. The development of "sunlight sports" is a strategic move will enhence the youth’s awareness of physical exercise,strengthen youth’s physical health,is the important content of full implementation and promotion of quality education.The study aimed at promote the reform of PE teaching reform smoothly in rural middle school in Langyan, investigation and analysis of the development of "sunlight sports" in rural middle school in Langyan, explore the PE teaching reform countermeasures,promote the rural area education, realize the education fair.The study takes the reformation of PE teaching in rural middle school in Langyan, takes800students and100physical teachers of Longyan rural middle school and4two standard schools in Fujian province as the research object. By using the methods of literature, logical reasoning, expert interwiew, puncture techniques, mathematical statistics, to analysis the "sunlinght sports" development of rural middle school of Longyan, searching the strategies of PE teaching reform of rural middle school in Longyan.Study shows that, the propaganda of implementtation of "sunlight sports" is not enough。With the construction about site, equipment and facilities, only one school has400M plastic track in the survey of20rural middle schools, and the basketball, volleyball, badminton playground are built of cement, what’s more the repair and maintenance is unable to keep pace with it damaging. The sports equipment is mainly to service the entrance examination and school sports meeting, but were so obsoleted and the amount is very poor, contrast to ruban middle school the gap was big. The track meet and sports events was held less in Longyan rural middle school. The quality of physical teachers staff is very poor, the teachers were elderly, but they had to undertaking heavy teaching loads.And the arrangement of teaching contents mainly with competitive sports, lack of entertainment.There are some restraining factors about PE teaching reform. Fristly the teaching main body lack of the sense of participation. Secondly, the construction sports equipments and facilities is so poor, and those school have less qualified teachers. Thridly,the backward level of economic development and the interference of examination-oriented.Study put forward some countermeasures about PE teaching reform. Fristly, determine the goal of PE teaching reform.Pay more attention to students’physical exercises counciousness, skill and habits, and persist in the direction of the development benefits prolongging. Secondly, should strengthen the building of the ranks of teacher in rural middle schools.Pay more attention on the physical education teachers’ position, strengthened the teacher training for teachers’ in rural school, and hire for new teachers in time.Fourthly, according to local conditions, develop collated curriculum.Fifth, by the means of physical education teaching, the school sports events,seminars and publicity to propaganda the sports knowledge and culture, make students to know the sports culture, learn the knowledge and skills of sports, recognize the importance of physical exercise. Cultivate students’ appreciation of sports games, especially the graceful stroke,the tenacious will quality and the spirit of cooperation and solidarity of athletes in the race.What’s more, perfacting the law system to ensure students enjoy physical education rights. Finally, strengthen the construction of facilities in the rural middle schools in Longyan.
