| National Youth Physical Fitness Monitoring indicates that our overall decline in 10 years,,,2005 compared with 1995, the students flexibility, power, strength, endurance, lung capacity decreased. Also found that there is a range of adolescent health problems:obesity, high myopia increased and so on. Youth are the future hope of the nation, the country's future successor, physical fitness is not good, how about mission.Through the investigation we can see,young people occurs mainly because of lack of time to participate in physical exercise. To address this situation, CPC Central Committee, Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration decided to carry the Sunlight Sports in our country, to lead the national sports of young people actively participate in physical exercise and to build a strong physique!April 2007 the Sunlight Sports officially launched in our country, Scholars have begun to study all over the Sunlight Sports,but not about rural middle school. My paper aimed to study the rural middle school of the Southwest of Shandong province, which is poor in economy, using Questionnaires, Expert interview, Literature and so on. The paper analyzed of factors that carried out by Sunlight Sports,proposed related measures, to better carry out the sun in different provinces and cities providing reference..This research obtains the conclusion as follows:1, The Southwest of Shandong province has been initiated the Sunlight Sports. Through the investigation,more than 90% of the head expressed support for the school's leadership to carry out sun sports, more than half of the teachers and students expressed support for it carrying out,13.3% of the school leaders said they had increased funding for sports the Sunlight Sports,30% of the school's sports facilities were improved,,20% of the school established a leading group of sports sun, but far below the Sunlight Sports facilities needed2, Through the investigation, the Sunlight Sports in Southwest of Shandong province carried out by Baolan poster, school meetings which were the main form of publicity.28% of the PE teachers implemented the "Student Physical Health", Most of the PE teachers only understood the significance of sport but can not understand their responsibilities in the Sunlight Sports, lacking of highly educated and high-quality teachers, age and gender imbalances, dissatisfied with their treatment, which are problems to be solved.3, Survey of rural schools through the Southwest to know that 30% of students didn't understand the sport of the sun, even less students knew the meaning of sport. 30.6% of the students completed the requirements of the Sunlight Sports a day of sports participation in physical exercise 1h,90% of the students was satisfactory with the quality of the PE classes, but still needed to continue to enhance the quality of physical education, laying the foundation for the launching of the rural school.4,The survey shows that58.4% of the parents against their children participating in the Sunlight Sports, participation in sports that will take time for their children's learning, we need to correctly guide this attitude.5, We can see by the above survey, carried out in rural middle school in Southwest influence factors were:the attitude of the leadership, factors of physical education teachers and students themselves, parents attitudes and so on.The analysis made the following recommendations:(1) Strengthen the propaganda strength of sunshine sports activity; let all persons understand, pay attention to the sunshine sports activity. (2) Increased emphasis on school leadership level, thereby increasing the sports funds. (3) PE teachers to improve their professional qualities, and actively guide students to participate in sports to the sun. (4) To guide parents on the correct attitude of the sun sports. (5) Improve the quality of physical education; construct the scientific course mechanism suitable for the middle school of southwest farm in Shandong Province. |
