This article from the perspective of science education, through some education methods including literature analysis, comparative research and case analysis to discuss how to test the scientific thinking ability through the college entrance examination.First of all, discussing the constituent elements of scientific thinking base on the characteristics of thinking structure and nature science,and then build the structure model of scientific thinking ability.The model including scientific thinking operation,scientific thinking chain and scientific knowledge.Scientific thinking operation including scientific perception,scientific application and scientific innovation. Scientific knowledge including scientific facts,scientific concepts,the laws of science and the methods of scientific research. Scientific thinking chain including point,line and surface.Secondly,using the structure model of scientific thinking to analysis some quizzes about the test of scientific thinking ability.Finally,making the table which named "measuring objective-scientific thinking operation-quiz type", then we can use it to analysis some cases,and discussing the strategy of quiz design.
