In a commercial society gradually mature, improve life for people with the rapid development of science and technology has brought convenience, television, network, newspapers, magazines and other mass media have emerged continuously increase people for the collision, all kinds of information collection, all kinds of slimming advertising on the various mass media emerge as the times require. People often immersed in the advertisement culture rendering, whether it will affect the female body image of college students in the psychological selection and weight loss in action, and sports and non sports specialized female college students also have professional background of the different, whether there are differences in body image and weight loss method, is an important problem for the people engaged in research in the field of sports in today’s society of.This research adopts the method of measurement and questionnaire, the comparative analysis of weight loss video advertising on female college students’sports and non sports professional students body image of the different levels, and the combination of exercise psychology and advertising psychology to explore the cause of this difference, to explore some basic relations which exercise psychology and media advertising., aims to provide recommendations for the establishment of female college students positive body image and correct way to lose weight, scientific selection, to provide help for the female college students’ physical and mental health and proper weight control behavior.In this experiment, the subjects were divided into two groups, professional sports and non sports specialized female college students30people, according to the BMI (body mass index) was divided into A overweight (including obesity), B standard, C light group three. Experiment two weeks ago on the subjects questionnaires body image status scale and the way to lose weight, recovery statistical. Experiments were performed two weeks later, at the same time for each subject on repeat for six well in advance of the weight loss of the most popular video ads, about30minutes, then body image scale and the way to lose weight questionnaire. The data further statistical processing, testing and comparison of weight loss video advertising effects on different kinds of female college students’body image and the way to lose weight and degree of difference, to explore the deep causes.The experimental results show:1. There is a statistical difference between the1weight loss video advertising body image of female college students’, and had a negative impact, but only on the body shape and weight of the cognitive difference.2.There is statistical differences between the2weight loss video advertising on the body image of female college students of non sports professional, and have a negative impact, impact on the body image of female college students of physical education have no significant difference between different, that of female college students by weight loss advertising effects in different degrees, the non sports specialized female college students are more easily influenced by these ads, the sports specialized female college students, little effect.3. The sports body image of female college students is better than non professional sports body image of female college students, the satisfaction of female college students majoring in Physical Education in higher.4. Body image of female college students of4different BMI value, BMI value and female college students’body image is negatively related to body image of female college students, the ultra reorganization the lowest satisfaction.5. Both sports and non sports major, most female students to choose the movement tendency of weight loss in the psychology, very few people will choose another way to lose weight, that female college students’psychological cognition on the correct way to lose weight is clear.The main conclusion:1. Negative body image of female college students of1by weight of video ads.2. Influence of2weight loss video advertisement of body image on sports and non sports specialized female college students of different, non sports specialized female college students are more likely to have a negative impact on.3. Different professional female college student body image satisfaction of different, sports and non sports major in comparison, female college students majoring in physical education for higher self satisfaction.4. Body image of female college students of4different BMI value is different, body mass index, more and more people for their lower satisfaction.5. Sports and non sports specialized female college students tend to choose exercise to lose weight.
