Objective: This study aims to explore the effects of three exercise prescriptions on the body of obese young men in hypoxic environments by using resistance training(RT training),fatmax intensity exercise,and fatmax intensity exercise combined with resistance exercise for four weeks.Through comparative experiments and comparing the data before and after the test,we can find the differences in the effects of three exercise prescriptions on the body of obese young men in hypoxic environments,and find the best exercise style and intensity in hypoxic environments,To provide reference for obese people to exercise and lose weight in a hypoxic environment in the future.Methods: Thirty subjects were randomly divided into three groups.The three groups received resistance training(RT training),fatmax intensity training,and fatmax intensity combined with resistance training under an artificially simulated hypoxic environment.The training duration of each group was 40 minutes,and the frequency of exercise was once a day,five times a week,lasting for four weeks.The training duration of each group was consistent.Body composition indicators,body shape indicators,and body shape indicators were measured before and after the experiment Cardiopulmonary function indicators and other related indicators.Results:(1)The body weight and fat content in the resistance training group decreased(P<0.05);The weight and fat content of fatmax intensity training group decreased(p<0.05);In the fatmax intensity combined with resistance training group,BMI and body fat percentage decreased(p<0.05),while body weight and fat content decreased(p<0.01);After the experiment,the body weight,fat content,and body fat percentage of the resistance training group and the fatmax intensity training group were lower than those of the fatmax intensity combined resistance training group(p<0.05);(2)After the experiment,the waist circumference,hip circumference,leg circumference,and upper arm circumference of the fatmax intensity combined with resistance training group decreased(p<0.05);After the experiment,the waist circumference and hip circumference of the resistance training group and the fatmax intensity training group were lower than those of the fatmax intensity combined resistance training group(p<0.05);(3)The maximal oxygen uptake,vital capacity,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the resistance training group decreased(p<0.05);In the fatmax intensity training group,the maximum oxygen uptake,vital capacity,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure decreased(p<0.05);In the fatmax intensity combined with resistance training group,the maximum oxygen uptake,vital capacity,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure decreased(p<0.01);The maximum oxygen uptake,vital capacity,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the resistance training group and the fatmax intensity training group after the experiment were lower than those in the fatmax intensity combined resistance training group(p<0.05);(4)The maximum fat oxidation rate in the fatmax intensity training group was(51.78 ± 4.54)% of the maximum oxygen uptake,and the maximum fat oxidation rate was(0.52 ± 0.22)g/min;The maximum fat oxidation rate in the fatmax intensity combined with resistance training group was(52.99 ± 3.07)% of the maximum oxygen uptake,and the maximum fat oxidation rate was(0.49 ± 0.19)g/min.Conclusion:(1)Three hypoxic weight loss programs can improve the body composition of obese young men,and the effect of fatmax intensity combined with resistance training group is better;(2)The three hypoxic weight loss programs can optimize the body shape of obese young men,and the effect of fatmax intensity combined with resistance training group is better;(3)The three hypoxic weight loss programs can improve the cardiopulmonary function of obese young men,and the effect of fatmax intensity combined with resistance training group is better.
