College campus culture can help university clarify to build school and how to exert its influence in the whole society. At present, the globalization of information technology revolution realize the communication and integration in the world. This situation will bring both opportunities and challenges for the construction of campus culture. At the same time, the market economy and the network also brings some problems such as academic utilitarian. We must solve the above problems quite well if we want to develop the campus culture. The scientific outlook on development is an important component of the system of theories of socialism in Chinese.
