The Research On The Value And Achievement Strategy Of Leisure Sports Culture

Leisure sports is a social activity that humans actively seek to meet their physical and spiritual needs, the source of which is not only from the great amount of time and abundant wealth, but also from the pursuit of optimism and the values of life. The emphasis on its own spiritual life is a review of the survival purpose of the mankind, demonstrates the cultural transition of human society, and shows the decision made by them in the process of cultural changes. However, the comprehension on the culture of leisure sports is still ambiguous, especially on its value and the functions. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to discuss the values of the culture of leisure sports by demonstrating the essence of the culture of leisure sports, and to specify the significance of the culture of leisure sports in modern society.Research methods, such as documents, logic analysis, comparative analysis, are applied to analysis which is based on leisure theory, sports theory and culture theory, to explore philosophic implication of the traditional leisure in the history, and to systematically analyze the modern functions of the culture of leisure sports. The study aims to uncover the origins of the phenomenon, interpret the functions of the culture of leisure sports in the modern society and explore the external and internal conditions as well as mechanism of realization. The result of study could enrich the study on the culture of leisure sports.The valuable conclusions after comprehended analysis include:culture of leisure sports resulted from two highly-integrated fields, namely, leisure and sports; leisure sports culture contains both positive and negative values; joint efforts from both society and individuals are indispensable factors to develop leisure sports culture; effective copperation among government, society and individuals plays an important role in enriching leisure sports culture. The paper leads to some suggestions at the end of the study. First, emphasize the status of leisure sports culture in social development with the help of corresponding policies and regulations. Second, the leisure sports culture should become a necessary part of present educational system, since the combination supports constant inheritage of traditional recreation sports culture. Third, publicize the positive function of leisure sports culture while avoiding its negative impact. Fourth, improve the mechanism of leisure sports culture.
