Developments of the society need more advanced personnel training and bioscienceeducation, as a result, problems-teaching, as a an effective teaching model, obtains muchmore attention and has grown into a hot spot of Curriculum Reformation because of its abilityto stimulate students’ intrinsic motivation. Since Curriculum Reformation has beenimplemented for fourteen years, it’s good for the better fulfillment and deeper development ofthe reformation to analysis and check the status of teaching in the classroom timely.In this thesis,we use the data collected from the high school biology teaching throughthe classroom observation technique, besides, literature methods, questionnaire surveys andinterview survey methods are also included to collect auxiliary information, and we interpretthe quantitative data to describe the characteristics of the current problem of high schoolbiology teaching.In the meantime, under the guidance of Constructivist Teaching Outlook, FPI theoryand4MAT problems design theory, combining them with the problems of practical teaching,we create the criteria of evaluating the development of a problem teaching, which isconstituted from three aspects: designs, presentations and solutions of the problems, toevaluate the high school biological problem teaching, according to which to test the problemsin current high school biological teaching and point out the two inadequacies as the followingaspects:1. The design of teaching problems is not open enough to broaden students’ thinkingarea.2. Discussion activity among students is not enough during the process of solvingproblems, which is unfavorable to the cultivation of the students learning ability and theconstruction of learning community.In essence, the two problems are caused by the conflict between the academic centreattribute and question teaching mode of biology curriculum of high school, and the contradiction is not easy to avoid or to eradicate in the short term. But now, we can alleviatethe conflict, improve the level of problem teaching and promote the curriculum reform byincreasing the auxiliary of multimedia resources, expanding the extracurricular teaching timeand space and optimizing the biological experiment teaching method.
