Adolescent’s health declined in recent years, the party and the government attachesgreat importance, which issued "on the strengthening of the youth sports and enhance theirphysique opinion"([2007]7) and a number of documents, in order to better promote thehealthy growth of young students. With the formal launch of further education reform andthe "Sunshine Physical Education", our school sports work has entered a new period. Inthis context, the physical health of students in national schools at all levels should paymore attention to, and activelyorganize various activities to enrich the content of sportsactivities. In2004the Central Propaganda Department, education also launched a joint "inprimary school, carry forward and cultivate the national spirit education implementationprogram" requirements, the content of national spirit education in various disciplines,physical education to increase the amount of China wushu. On this basis, the StateEducationAnd the General Administration of sports joint creation of Wushu Exercise, and in thenational elementary and middle schools in the widely popularization of Wushu Exercise,not only can enhance the physical fitness of students, improve students’ health, but also themartial arts culture, national spirit into them, to the physical development of students andthe national spirit have played an important role in. At the same time, one of the basic waysto realize the target of physical education in schools is.The research on Suzhou City Middle School Wushu gymnastics development presentsituation as the research object, using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,400students and40teachers and16school leaders to8middle schools of four districts in Suzhou citywere investigated with questionnaire.Through the survey, to obtain a more detailed first-hand information, and the data wereanalyzed in detail, draws the followingconclusion:1. Most of Suzhou city middle school leadership to understand Wushu Exercises, and support the Wushu gymnastics opened; most of Suzhou city middle school physicaleducation teachers agreed to carry out martial arts exercises, and they knowmartial artsexercises, are willing to accept Wushu gymnastics training; Suzhou citycan through avariety of ways to make students understand Wushu exercises, andmost of the students likeWushu gymnastics, look forward to Wushu Exercises cancarry out more extensive.2. because of Wushu Exercise has the advantages of simple operation, large amount ofexercise, easy to learn, and martial arts exercises many features to attract students intoWushu Exercise in learning, it also creates conditions forindividual development of schoolphysical education. With the strong support of school leaders and the sufficient conditions,is conducive to the development ofWushu exercises.3.Most of leaders believe that it is necessary to develop Wushu Exercise, but becauseof the lack of teachers, teaching materials are not perfect, coupled withthe lack of publicity,has influenced the development of martial arts.4.in the martial arts teaching process, the majority of scholars feel Wushugymnasticsmoderate difficulty, exercise can accept, and have the correct learning motivation; teachersqualified Wushu gymnastics teaching, and the need for professional training5.Wushu Exercises can promote the students’ ideological quality, physical andpsychological quality, moral quality and cultural and artistic quality improvement,toincrease comprehensive Wushu exercises.Therefore, this study proposed the following suggestions:1, carry out regular lectures, propaganda way diversification, actively andconscientiously implement the policy.2, set up relevant regulations, into the examination assessment, so as to promote thestudents to participate in the initiative of Wushu exercises.3, the use of class of propaganda in the form of Wushu Exercise meaning and spiritualdevelopment.4, the teachers take the initiative and enforce the principle of combining, make oneselfan example, promote active participation of students.
