Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Wushu Activities Carried Out In Urban Communities Of Henan Province

As one of the effective ways to develop body building movement of the entire nation, community physical exercise attracts lots of community members for its flexible form, harmonious local atmosphere, easy practicing methods and sound effects. It can meet the increasing demand of community citizens'entertainment, body building and communication and enrich the cultural life of people's spare time. Therefore, it has been attached importance widely. Wushu, one of the important activities of community physical exercise, contains profound cultural implications. As one form of the community physical exercise, Wushu is of great importance in propagating the Chinese traditional culture, diversifying the contents of community physical exercise and expanding the development areas. However, there are still many problems in the development of Wushu activity in urban communities of Henan province, the growth of it is in trouble. So, to probe into the present situation and countermeasures and to make the continuous development of urban Wushu activity of Henan province is the urgent subject to be studied.Various methods like record collecting, questionnaires, case analysis, logic analysis and statistics of mathematical logic are adopted in this paper, which discusses the important role Wushu activity played in the development of community physical exercise. Upon investigating the present situation of the urban Wushu activity in Henan province and analyzing the existing main problems and the reasons, this paper proposes the countermeasures for it. The purpose of the paper is to provide proposals, theoretical basis and practical reference for the normalization of community Wushu activity, and to instruct the healthy development of it, so that the relevant administration can make their policies accordingly. The paper is of important theoretical significance and certain value of application.
