The core strength training is more and more widely used in athletic;ports training, Some coaches are also gradually began to accept and ealize the great value of core strength training. But due to the introduction of core strength training of competitive sports training is a new type of strength quality training methods. Therefore, it is also the lack of theoretical and experimental research in practice.From a medical perspective, the development regularity of the human dody is:Girls at the age of (11-12), the boys at the age of (13-14) into the youth development height, and continuously (4-5). Teenagers in country the development period of one year shorter on average than Europe and the United States, therefore, the adolescent athletes at this stage in the phase of comprehensive building. Athletes during the continuous core strength training, for the development of juvenile long jump athletes control ability and lay a good foundation of the physical body has the very big help.Three high schools in Jilin province Jilin city8long jump athletes as experiment object. The indicators before the test result according to the experiment objects are divided into experimental group and control group. During the experiment, the experimental group30minutes warm-up before training activities in the implementation of the core strength training of eight weeks, the control group using traditional warm-up activity, after the experiment, indicators of juvenile long jump athletes of the five special ability and special achievement test, after the records and statistical data analysis, found the related problems and puts forward constructive Suggestions, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Training for Youth Male Athlete of the introduction of the core strength training, the quality of the special ability to reflect long jump30meters,50meters, six five-step approach to jump on one foot, six-step run-up five-stride jump, standing long jump,7-8stride approach long jump six indicators after the experiment had significantly improved, and the emergence of a significant difference.2. For12weeks in training to introduce core strength training can be a good training effect improve juvenile jumpers, in:Comparative analysis of the experiment in the experimental group and the control group reflects the ability of Long Jumpers in the six evaluation have suffered significant differences among the five indicators after the experiment.3. Core strength training is divided into stable and unstable condition of practice, according to the long jump technique and the athletes’ physical quality, we can choose a targeted, step-by-step training methods and means, at the same time with the help of the instability of a certain equipment, such as balance disc, SOHU, Swiss ball, hanging rope skipping and so on for training.4. After the warm-up phase of this thesis, the second level of the Youth Male Athlete of the introduction of core strength training for12weeks and with the traditional warm-up exercises for comparison, found that core strength training for the long jump in the development of special quality is better than the traditional warm-up exercises.
