Competitive sports proved in practice that the early training of young middle-long distance runner in the implementation of the science, the right amount of strength training is a comprehensive development of Physical Fitness, to promote movement skills, enhance performance, extend the campaign life and an early talent for athletes the key factors. Now includes traditional strength training strength training and core strength training. Traditional strength training is to improve the physical fitness of athletes, and athletes often use the method of strength training. Its biggest strength training include training, speed training, strength endurance training, muscle training in the ability of elastic energy savings. Core strength training is a 90 in the 20th century, a number of sports training, coaches and scholars began to realize that the trunk muscles in the important role of sport. The past, some in the fitness and exercise rehabilitation strength training methods used in reference to sports training, and have achieved good results.Core strength refers to the core parts in the body muscle groups in the neuromuscular system to overcome the outside world under the domination of the unity of the resistance shown when the power capacity.In the exercise is a core strength to stabilize the core parts of the body to control the body center of gravity, force coordination of upper and lower limbs, so that technical action sports athletes with financial, coordination, energy conservation, the characteristics of smooth and consistent movement of the sport specific movements chain of strength capacity.Currently, research on core strength training, practice and theory in sports have achieved some results. But most of the study was only for adult athletes, relative to young athletes is still relatively small study, distance running sport as well. Distance Runners running through the muscles and body posture main comparative analysis of the core parts of muscles found between the two are closely linked. To understand the core strength training on the effectiveness of training young middle distance runner with the traditional role and the relationship between strength training. This study selected 16 of Jiangxi Ganxian Middle School young middle distance runner for the study. Before the experiment to 16 subjects were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (N = 8) and control group (N = 8). Core strength training for the experimental group, control group of traditional strength training. 24 weeks in both groups for a campaign, 3 times a week, exercise time, the same conditions.Two groups of subjects were tested for 12 weeks, 24 weeks of training before and after the maximum strength, speed strength, strength endurance, the ability of muscle elastic energy savings, 12 minutes running, core strength, core strength endurance, core power, core stability 9 tests indicators. T test method using experimental tests combined index of the control subjects were analyzed. The results showed that, after 24 weeks of strength training, the experimental group in the core strength, core strength endurance, core power, core stability of the four test targets better than the control group; the control group at maximum power, speed, strength, strength endurance, the ability of muscle elastic energy savings, 12 minutes to run five test indicators is better than the experimental group. Experiments show that the core strength training is a very effective means of strength training. It can develop the strength of the quality of young middle distance runner, to improve the technical level of athletes, to promote athletic performance improved. The power of young middle distance runner in training with the use of traditional strength training, there will be a multiplier effect, the traditional strength training with a good complementary.
