In recent years Although Vietnam's track and field achieved excellent results.However,the results are mainly focused on short distance running,middle distance running,hurdles and women's shot.The athletic performance of the long jump is still at a low level.Vietnam has not achieved ideal results in the long jump.In the Asian teenage track and Field Championships in 2015,only the Vietnamese teenage track and field team got the gold medal in the women's long jump to 6 meters 34.From the comprehensive analysis above,it is an important task to improve the athletic performance of the long jump athletes by means of sports training.At the same time,this task has become a track and field problem that scientists and experts need to study more deeply.Among all the factors deciding the long jump's performance,running up to jump is a key link in the long jump technique,and the higher level speed is the premise for achieving long jump.Therefore,this study starts from the characteristics and urgent needs of track and field sports,studies the influence of long jump speed on performance,and puts forward the basic training methods of long jump speed training,which provides a feasible reference for the teaching and training of long jump speed.On the best annual results of excellent long jumpers at home and abroad,it can be seen that in recent years,the achievements of the long jump in Vietnamese men have improved.In 2013,the record of the long jump of the Vietnamese men was 7.73 meters.This is an encouraging result in the long-term investment process of the Vietnamese track and field events.From 2006 to 2015,the average jump of the long jump was 7.50 meters,which was far worse than the 8.56 meters in the long jump and 8.21 meters in the long jump.Therefore,the use of scientific training can improve the long jump performance of Viet Nam.Through the research,this paper puts forward the following conclusions on the results of the study.1.by studying this this,8 normal and psychological test contents have been taken for developing the special speed ability of 14-15 year old male long jumpers.The reliability and significance of the test content are also determined.These include: Quality testing(physical and Technology): 1.standing long jump(cm);2.the standing 3 triple jump(m);3.100 meters run(s);4.standing run 30 meters(s);5.4kg after throwing shot put(m);6.7 step long jump(m);7.long jump(m)and psychological test: bi-directional radiation(ms)2.14-15 year old men's long jump athletes' special speed ability is still at a relatively low level,its special ability is lower than the special speed evaluation standard set up by this paper,most of them are in the middle difference level.One of the main reasons is that the training content is too single,the lack of uniqueness,diversity of training content,but also the lack of long jump specialized contact methods.So the training failed to reach its level,which led to the athletes' ability to compete.3.after studying,this paper has selected 42 training speed training contents for 14-15 year old male long jumpers,including:Training series of upper limb muscles and upper body parts: 10 items;leg muscle training series: 19 items;General Training Series: 4 items;the development of a special speed game and game combination 9 itemsThe effect of training content system on the speed and power development of subjects has been approved by practice test.Compared with the norm referenced group,all the test indexes of the subjects have been significantly improved.The hypothesis test P value is less than 0.05.
