This paper mainly from thegeneral situation of X Institute five year nursing students in English management stage ofprofessional foundation and the grim situation, points out the existing problems in the currentmanagement of higher vocational students, from the transformation and optimization of theinnovation idea, student management and perfect the management of students, focusing onpractical teaching mode to promote management, promote and optimize the managementwork of students team building, enrich and innovate student management work content putforward countermeasures to solve the problems of several aspects.
