Objective:Investigate the Nursing Professional Value and Learning Dynamic of Threeyear vacational high school students in Hu Nan Province and discuss the factors thataffect it. Learn their acknowledgment and response to their learning dynamic andfactors that affect it of nursing students, discuss the necessities of nursing students intheir professional studying and promotes counter measurements.Methods:Employ the method of quantitative study composed with qualitative study,random sampling4vacational high school nursing students as studying object, useGeneral situation questionnaire, Nursing Professional Values Scale (NPVS), TheLearning Dynamics Scale for Nursing Student (LDSNS) to investigate. QQinterviews12students in4vacational High school using Quota Sampling andqualitative study method.Results:(1) Learning Dynamic grand average Score is (125.20±16.6), each dimensionranks as: learning attitude scores (4.40±0.76), learning attention scores (4.20±0.86),school motivation scores (3.84±0.98),learning necessity scores (3.81±0.87), learninginterest scores (3.60±1.00). Nursing professional value grand average Score is(100.60±16.90), each dimension ranks as: Trust scores (4.06±0.85), attending scores(3.93±0.87), Responsibility, Freedom and secure scores (3.88±0.87),activating scores(3.71±0.93).(2) It’s statistic significant of differences in learning dynamic of students withdifferent willing, average scores of professional courses, career wiling and economistof family. It’s also statistic significant that differences of nursing professional value ofstudents with different education level fathers.(3) Factors effecting Three year vacational high school students’learningdynamic are career willing, leaning choice, scores of professional courses, economistof family, activism, trusty, responsibility, freedom and security; Factors effecting Nursing professional value are father’s educating level, leaning motivation, learningneeds learning attitudes and school motivation.(4) There has a positive correlation between learning dynamic and professionalvalues of three-year vocational nursing students.(5) Nursing students learning needs varies in their professional studies,inadequate in recognizing learning needs. learning needs comes from many ways,mainly from teachers besides needs to study resource, social resource, personalprogress and so on. Although student’s recognition to learning needs is sensible,educators need to better motivate their recognition to study, provide better studyenvironment, amplify study resources, and provide sufficient social support, those areeffective ways to meet their learning needs and promote their learning dynamic.Conclusion:Professional value and learning dynamic of nursing student is affected by manyfactors and they are mutually promoting. Cultivate correct professional value andenhance learning dynamic is emergent now for nursing students. Educators shouldtake effective measures corresponding to the learning needs and effecting factors ofstudents to meet their learning needs.
