Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,great changes have taken place in Chinese society. The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has opened a new era.The people's pursuit of a better life has reached a higher level and their expectations for a better quality of life have become more ardent.Especially with the acceleration of the aging process and the enhancement of people's health awareness, the people's need for medical and health services has become more and more intense, which is an important component.Part of the nursing service has also attracted more and more attention. As an important part of nursing personnel training, higher vocational nursing education undertakes the important task of cultivating high-quality nursing personnel.Higher vocational education is divided into five-year higher vocational education and Three-year Higher Vocational education. In five-year higher vocational education, students are recruited from junior middle school.Their learning foundation is relatively poor, their learning willingness is not strong, and their management is difficult.Class management is not only an important guarantee to achieve the goal of talent training, but also an important link of talent training. But the way of educating people in class management is different from that of educating people. It influences people through organization, system and management. In view of the outstanding class management problems existing in the five-year system students and the reality of affecting the teaching effect, this study firstly starts from clarifying the practical problems, and investigates the characteristics of the five-year system higher vocational nursing students in my college and the outstanding class management problems. Then, through literature search to find research information on relevant issues, after sorting out the relevant information abroad and at home, the research on class management of five-year higher vocational nursing students is not concentrated, scattered in various studies of domestic scholars on the achievement of talent training objectives of five-year higher vocational education and the improvement of the quality of talent training. As for foreign countries, due to the different educational system, there is no comparative reference research, only the theory and practice of educational order management research can be used for reference. On this basis,it returns to the basic theory of public management,as well as the related theories of pedagogy and educational psychology,in order to find out the scientific ideological roots that can be used to deal with the class management problems of five-year higher vocational nursing students, and try to design management strategies combined with the practice of class management. Finally, with the framework of team cooperation theory, combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Gestalt school's theory of social interdependence learning, the formation of team cooperation class team management strategy is explored. This strategy can deal with the problems existing in the class management of five-year higher vocational nursing students, such as isolation,self,non-mainstream,personality publicity,self-expression desire and lack of motivation for learning, which affect the realization of educational and teaching objectives, and also affect the effective class management of the class organization.Short-term experiments show that the strategy has a certain practical effect. It can be expected that the long-term application can better solve the class management problems of five-year higher vocational nursing students, and provide a successful experience for Five-year Higher Vocational students' class management.
