| The youth after80s will become the main force of the society, and the future socialdevelopment needs their inheritance and continuity. They have well education backgroundand economic basis, and their marital status is more democratic, they pursuit a relaxed stateof marriage equality, and have the high marriage quality requirements. But they lack ofmental preparation for marriage, and have poor social competence, resulting in a lot ofmarital conflict. Therefore, marriage is shorter then ever, while family disputes increase andthe quality of marriage is affected. Once there meet contradictions and conflicts, many peoplewill be hasty divorced, this is a major cause of the rising divorce rate.This research uses the questionnaire to survey on of the youth after80s marriagerelationship. The purpose is to understand the characteristics on marital conflict coping styleof the youth after80s and how to take some strategies to promote and maintain the maritalrelationship, and to explore how the coping way influence of the youth after80s’ maritalsatisfaction and their marriage maintenance strategy. The following conclusion is draw fromthe statistical analysis:First, the characteristics of the youth after80s’ marital conflict coping style. Gender, age,children, marriage age, educational level and other factors have significant effect on conflictcoping styles of their marriage. Family income has no effect on marital conflict coping style.Second, the characteristics of the youth after80s’ marriage maintenance strategy. Age,children, education level and other factors have a significant impact on their marriagemaintenance strategy. While characteristics factors such as gender, marriage age, and familyincome have no effect on that.Third, marital conflict coping styles have significant correlation with the specific aspectsin marriage maintenance strategies.Forth, marital conflict coping styles has significant correlation with marital satisfaction. |
