Private language training center has gone through plenty of competition and development for many years, all training centers have set up their own features, the scale expansion is not only target for training industry. The international, scientific and modeling Inner administration should be the problem which was paid attention to. Due to the main purpose of training school is the scale expansion and capital returns at the beginning. They almost ignore human resources management, performance appraisal is simple and blind, therefore, this paper is based on the W international English School (W school for short as follows). The author picked up performance appraisal of Chinese tutors as research target, after a large quantity of reference of performance appraisal theory. Redesign the appraisal of Chinese tutors by KPI methods.The author did research about present appraisal of Chinese tutors in W school. Analyzed the problems in appraisal, raised some new items of performance appraisal by work analysis with orientation by strategy, The assessment group calculated weight allocation and evaluation, the process of redesign contained redesigning key performance indicators based on company’s strategy from customer’s satisfaction, completed the procedure of appraisal, applied the result of appraisal effectively. Made a scientific performance appraisal to tutors. hoped to motivate teachers and inspire teachers to devoted themselves to the career by scientific performance appraisal. Then achieve company’s strategic goals and sustainability.
