For the development of private educational and training organizations,Market Regulation is more superior than State Regulation.We consider more about the reality of the market competition.Teachers are the key resources to train and forging talent.The construction of teaching staff is particularly important in driving the commercial interests.How to motivate the enthusiasm of teachers,and make them to work hard to maximize the value of the creative work.It now becomes the problem which the educational managers must pay attention to and solve.The study sorts out the summary on the performance evaluation of teachers in the origin,influence factors,stages of development and so on.Teacher performance appraisals were in-depth analysis,and thus as a basis for the preparation of questionnaire of teacher performance appraisal situation in the private educational training organizations in Guangzhou.With the help of the questionnaire data statistics and analysis,the particularities of teacher performance appraisal in private educational training organizations have been explored.With the help of the interview analysis,the problems existed in the development of teachers' performance appraisal have also been further analyzed.At last,the feasible ways and adjustment strategies are putted forward to improved the teacher performance appraisal in the private educational training organizations in Guangzhou.This research tries to take the private educational training organizations in Guangzhou as the research object.With the point of view of the management operator of educational training organizations,It deeply researches the teacher performance assessment in private educational training organizations as to promote enterprise competitiveness from three aspects below:First,what is the special status of teacher performance appraisal of private educational training organizations in Guangzhou city? This paper argues that the private educational training organizations are of holding both earning profits and the function of schooling education.Therefore,there are three characteristics which existin the private educational training organizations : Performance appraisal not only focuses on social benefits,but focuses more on institutional interests;Performance appraisal not only focuses on long-term outcomes,but also focuses on the short-term effect;Performance appraisal not only pays attention to the students' feedback,but also pays attention to the feedback of the parents.Second,what is the problems which exist in teacher performance appraisal of private educational training organizations in Guangzhou city? On the empirical analysis of the performance appraisal in private educational training organizations,there are five questions: The performance appraisal is not enough emphasized;The performance appraisal is not too reasonable;The performance appraisal approach is not scientific;The process of performance appraisal is not standardized;Performance appraisal results is not in full use of.Third,how to improve the teacher performance appraisal of private educational training organizations in Guangzhou city? Third,how to improve the teacher performance appraisal of the private education and training institutions in Guangzhou city? Problems as issue-oriented,then give five improvement measures for the performance appraisal in private educational training organizations of Guangzhou : To carry out training,for improving awareness of the importance of performance evaluation;To combine with the reality for establishing a scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation index system;To choose the correct and effective ways of performance appraisal by Classification implementation;To overall arrange,for promoting the justice of performance appraisal and orderly implementation;To feedback timely,and make full use of performance appraisal results.
