Performance assessment is an important tool and means of human resource management, which has important effect on the realization of the strategic objectives of the organization, and it promotes the development of human resources and scientific management. At the same time, performance assessment is the main basis for the performance of enterprises in the course of the reform of the performance pay, and it’s crucial for the further improvement of the incentive mechanism, the overall level of human resource management. However, the implementation of performance pay may have a negative impact. If the policy guarantee mechanism and assessment mechanism are not perfect, it may lead to low identity of the staff of the organization, so that the implementation of performance pay is not in place.This research is based on the satisfaction of performance assessment and performance pay, combined with the typical agency personnel interviews, to understand the implementation of performance pay reform. In the performance assessment process, through daily learning research and in search of relevant information, the WFKJ training company trainers’ performance pay satisfaction survey research is to achieve the company’s work performance optimization. In this paper, the investigation on the one hand is for the decision makers of the enterprise to deepen the understanding of the importance and necessity of performance management of the company’s operation; on the other hand, it can provide a reference for the operation of small and medium sized training companies. Through theoretical and practical research, we can use the method of the WFKJ training company’s performance pay adjustment and improvement, so that the company can make timely adjustments for the performance of the company in the face of changing competitive environment and constantly adjusted directions of the company’s development to conform to the company’s development, and to promote the development of the company.
