Research On The Practical Teaching System For Production Planning And Control

With the gradual development of manufacturing informatization, enterprises put forward higher request to practical teaching. Currently, there are several problems in relevant practical teaching, such as content limitation, superficial practical way, lacking of applications of the informatization practical teaching software. Therefore, students can’t thoroughly master the relationship between production management theory and actual production activities. To solve these problems, the implementation and application of "Production planning and control’ in undergraduate practical teaching is analyzed in this thesis.In the comprehensive analysis phase, the production management process characteristics and business collaboration process are comprehensively expounded through real enterprise operation situation. Production planning and control is the core of production management. The method of refining and balancing enterprise’s macro management goal with multi-level plan management system and production control method is analyzed.In the system research phase, the practical teaching content and target, the system design principle, and the experiment system function modules are analyzed through teaching contents. It plans the business process of practical teaching system, analyzes different management roles’responsibilities and business collaboration. Students can experience and explore complete workshop production activities, through function modules such as basic data management, production plan management, workshop operations management.In the system application phase, students can understand the typical production planning and control process in experiments through practical application. Students can analyze the implementation and preventive measures of production plan adjustment by giving an open experiment proposition that is "the influence of an emergency order to production plan’’. The experiment is designed to inspire students thinking and improve students’practical application ability.The "production planning and control" practical teaching system, supports the practical teaching, bridges the gap of production management practical teaching, and assists the cultivation of applied talents.
