Research On Teaching Experiment System Of Production Quality Management

With the continuous development of global manufacturing,the development process ofmanufacturing informatization has been accelerated.The enterprise has put forward higher requirements for the quality management of the enterprise management,industrial engineering,logistics engineering,mechanical manufacturing and automation.The current practice teaching content is single,and lack of information software support that related to production quality management that focus teaching.It is difficult for students to experience the practice of enterprise management,and have a deep understanding of the relationship between theoretical knowledge of production quality management and practical management activities.This paper is based on the theory of production quality management,related teaching content,actual operation of enterprises and application of related systems,designs the teaching experiment system of production quality management,and realizes its application in practice teaching.Take the role experience teaching in order to make students familiar with the production quality management process,fully grasp the relevant theoretical knowledge,and ability of innovation and cooperation.This paper is based on the research of production quality management theory and the actual enterprise investigation,summarizes characteristics and business processes of production quality management for discrete manufacturing industry,analysis course system,teaching problems and system design,user requirements,analysis of functional requirements.Secondly,according to the teaching demand and actual production situation,the teaching experiment system of production quality management for practice teaching is designed.Finally,in the system application stage,relying on the the teaching experimental platform for production quality management,let students play the roles of technicians,production personnel,quality control personnel and so on by the role of experiential teaching methods.Through practice teaching,students are familiar with actual business operation,deepen understanding of theoretical knowledge,and improve their innovation consciousness and cooperation ability.It improves students' learning initiative,forms an active inquiry learning atmosphere,builds a new teaching mode,trains professional talents,and makes up the deficiency of thepractice teaching content of production quality management by the role experience of practice teaching based on the teaching experiment system.
