Research On The Development Present Situation Of Independent College Soccer In Shanxi Province

Football sports become one of the most popular sports in the world because of itscharacteristics. Such as, many technical movements, high complex extent, strong antagonism,great changes. That is to say, so far, football sports develop one of the most widespreadmovement projects in the global scope. Along with the improvement of athletics degree andviewable degree, the level of the football in the countries of the world makes constantimprovement. And the school is the place where training football reserve talents, therefore, inrecent years, the various countries all in unceasingly vigorously developed the campusfootball.In our country, the overall level of football development is weak, the development ofcampus football is poor. This article uses the documentation methodology, the interviewmethodology, the method of inspection, the questionnaire survey procedure, the mathematicalmethod of average and so on. Starting with the three aspects of campus football culture, theteaching present situation and football extracurricular activities of independent colleges inShanxi Province, to select the students and the soccer special teacher of Polytechnic InstituteTaiyuan university technology, the College of Information, Shanxi Agricultural University, theBusiness College of Shanxi University, the Chinese businessman college of Shanxi Universityof Finance&Economics conducts the investigation and study as the object of study, drawsfollowing conclusion through the research:1.At present, in the independent college teacher education in Shanxi Province, the title,such as professional degree is generally low. Has a bachelor’s degree and a teaching assistanttitle football special accounts for the vast majority of teachers, and teachers have a master’s degree and lecturer at the above title is one of the few, record of formal schooling and title aregenerally lower, the teacher should further improve their academic level.2. The student’s theoretical level of independent college of Shanxi province also needs tobe further improved. In the partial school which investigates, the football theory curriculumare inadequate, the football theory teaching materials are below standard, these disadvantageswill affect the students’ understanding and the assurance to the football sports.3. The students’ study motivation is not to be unified when they participation footballclass in independent college of Shanxi Province, the teacher has not set an example inparticipating the football sports, these factors finally affected the football sports’development in independent college of Shanxi province.4. In the four independent colleges surveyed the situation of football team’s creation, thetraining, the competition situation whole is unoptimistic. Among them,the schools’ relatedpolicies to supports the football team to set up, training and competition is imperfect; fundsinsufficiency of training and competition becomes the prominent question which restricts thedevelopment of football team to the independent college of Shanxi province.5. The independent college in Shanxi Province for football related leaders department attachesgreat importance to the degree is not high, there were some problems of the managementwork of football, which influence the development of football sports.6. According to the survey, a football location and the football facilities equipment inindependent college of Shanxi province is imperfect. It possibly affects conflict due to spaceissues in conflict among football team to train, the football class teaching, the extracurricularactivity. Therefore, the problem of location facilities becomes the major problem have to facewhen football special teachers which in independent colleges of Shanxi province carry onfootball teaching works.
