In May 2017,the central comprehensively deepen reform leading group reviewed and adopted the "about's opinions on deepening the reform of education system mechanism,the implementation of the" opinions "effectively promotes the reform of physical education,perfect the talent training model of colleges and universities sports education,innovating the mechanism of school-based physical education curriculum development and construction,pointed out the direction for the colleges and universities sports curriculum construction.This requires that college sports workers should actively change their working ideas and establish a sense of ownership in the development of sports school-based curriculum.The development of school-based physical education curriculum in China started relatively late,and the curriculum construction is mainly to overcome the disadvantages of the centralized and unified national physical education curriculum,pay attention to students' individual differences and sports needs,timely integrate local sports resources with characteristics,actively practice sports quality education,and promote the reform and development of physical education.8 independent colleges mainly gathered in taiyuan in Shanxi Province and surrounding areas,has a unique regional agglomeration advantages and superior development of sports curriculum resources,through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods,independent colleges and universities in Shanxi Province sports organization,the situation of environment and development of school-based curriculum implementation plan,resource utilization,evaluation system and so on eight aspects in the investigation and analysis,and put forward countermeasures for the problems: one is to promote and strengthen organization and leadership,PE teachers' subjective initiative into full play;Second,we should fully exploit the resources of school-based physical education curriculum and improve the content of school-based curriculum teaching.Thirdly,an incentive mechanism should be established to promote teachers' enthusiasm to participate in school-based curriculum development.Fourth,regular school-based curriculum teacher training to improve the knowledge structure of teachers;Fifth,it is necessary to construct the cooperation and communication mechanism of teachers in independent colleges and universities.Sixth,the establishment of a scientific and perfect curriculumevaluation mechanism to comprehensively promote the development of sports school-based curriculum.The following conclusions are drawn through the analysis of the overall research process of school-based curriculum development of physical education in independent colleges and universities in Shanxi Province: 1)leaders of independent colleges and universities do not have enough understanding and emphasis on school-based curriculum development,lack of good organization and operation mechanism of school-based curriculum development,and curriculum developers are relatively single;2)teachers lack the channels to evaluate and utilize external environment resources,and lack the consciousness and enthusiasm of school-based physical education curriculum,so some school-based curriculum construction has not been continued;3)it is necessary to further detail the school-based physical education curriculum development plan of independent colleges and universities,strengthen the implementation of the objectives in five fields of physical education,optimize the school-based physical education curriculum structure with multiple categories and distinct levels,and further improve the teachers' lack of professional ability and accomplishment in curriculum development;4)the number of school-based curriculum development courses is small,lacking of distinctive school-based curriculum support projects.In the form of curriculum development,teachers who have compiled their own textbooks account for a small number,and lack of communication and argumentation with experts and teachers both inside and outside the school.5)lack of diversified participation in school-based curriculum evaluation and single evaluation subject.6)teachers also need to further enhance the core quality of physical education curriculum development,lack of initiative to explore the spirit,do not recognize the important role of cooperation and communication in curriculum development,the effectiveness of physical resources development of school-based curriculum is still relatively weak,the school is short of funds to supply curriculum development of natural environment resources;7)the process mechanism of PE teacher curriculum development should be optimized and innovated to highlight teachers' dominant position and promote the comprehensive implementation of PE teaching reform.
